What should I do if the deposit fail/deposit has not been credited?

Please send the following information to info@baji.live , and indicate “deposit fail” in the email subject line:
1) Screenshot of online banking transaction list (bank statement)
2) Username/Login ID
3) Deposit Amount
4) Which payment method you used
5) Which deposit platform

All these will be processed manually, it may take some time and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Note: As the payee information might changed from time to time, customer must confirm the bank account and data of the payee before making a deposit, which can avoid deposit failure or delay arrival. If the money is deposited to an invalid bank account, any damage or loss will not be covered by us.
