1.How to claim Referral Bonus?
- Login to your bj | baji account, select ‘My Account’ button.
- Select ‘Referral’ button under Profile section.
- Click on ‘Claim All’ button on your referral page, rewards will be credited to your ‘Cash Reward’ section by 02:00 (GMT+5) daily.
** Cash rewards will expire in 72 hours if not claimed.
2. How to calculate on Bonus in Turnover?
- Calculate based on Active Downlines turnover and divided by Tier 1,2 and 3. Bonus calculation (%) based on Tier Bets placed from 21:00 (GMT+5) on the day before until 20:59 (GMT+5) of the day will be counted towards turnover calculations.
3. What is the meaning of active downlines and Referral turnover?
- Active referral on daily basis which place bet regularly and get bonus on their Turnover.
4. When Referral Bonus and Detail will update?
- Cash rewards will be credited to your ‘Cash Rewards’ section by 02:00 (GMT+5) daily.
5. Why didn’t receive Bonus even after downlines has turnover ?
- Bets placed on the Exchange Match Odds and Bookmaker market and the games listed here, are excluded from turnover calculations.
** The odds of the bets placed on any Exchange Premium, I-Sports and SBO Sports market must be 1.5 and above.**
